Product Details

The Thailand Black is a seriously impressive Old World species from Thailand and neighbouring parts of Southeast Asia. They’re a deep, velvety black with a subtle sheen after moulting and can reach around 14–16cm as adults. They’re a fast-growing, fossorial species and are excellent burrowers.

They’ll appreciate plenty of substrate to dig into and a secure hide

Keep them around 24–28°C with humidity around 70–80%.

Temperament-wise, they’re fast, defensive and definitely better suited to experienced keepers. They spend a lot of their time tucked away underground, but when they do decide to make an appearance, they tend to do it at roughly 900mph. 😂
